A mid-size device company is expanding and this is a great opportunity to become the company’s highly visible Reimbursement Specialist in a field-based position.

The company’s products currently have coverage but they are taking a proactive approach with the providers and assist them with coding issues.  Their recent product is a first in class product.  Their pipeline is developing with future products and indications in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with providers to increase the adoption of their products and assist with coding issues
• Assist Director of Reimbursement, Payer Relation Managers to educate providers on coding for the product
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to serve as an advocate for the product’s clinical and economic effectiveness to the payors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of medical device reimbursement experience with a demonstrated track record of success in working with providers on coding and reimbursement issues
• Experience in working with and developing relationships with key decision-makers, such as Medical Directors, in Medicare, Private and Medicaid payors
• CPC certification preferred
