I’m working with a client who has a game changer in the oncology space.  They are growing very fast and are looking to add a Director of Billing to their team.

My client has exceptional technology which provides a less invasive alternative to an invasive procedure.  Their product is FDA approved, has Medicare coverage and excellent clinical data.  Their stock is near its all time high and they just recently launched the product.

The Director of Billing will be focused on the big picture versus the daily tasks of their call center.  The Billing group will be involved in heavy volume and because their largest customer will be Medicare they are looking for someone who has Medicare experience.

They will be relying on this person to develop the overall strategy when it comes to billing payers and someone who can review contracts and implement them into the billing group.  In addition, this person will be responsible for EMR strategies to develop a strategy to integrate with large healthcare systems.

This position is the first Director level position for the company and they have the basic infrastructure in place.  They are utilizing Xifin and have custom software.

This position requires relocation to the Mid-West and they will assist with relocation costs. They will provide an excellent base, bonus and equity with the company.
