The biggest responsibilities of the position include:
- Develop innovative market access and pricing strategies
- Determine the reimbursement market for the introduction of first in class products
- Monitor payer policy and reimbursement environment
- Analyze the program results which you have created
- Visit customers to get their feedback and provide critical input to the strategy team
Background of a great candidate:
- BS degree, an MBA is preferred
- 10 years experience in biotech pricing and market access
- Market research or marketing strategy experience
