Medical Device Support Role

A well established medical device company is growing and adding a Manager role to develop and execute their provider support strategy.  This role will develop their hotline, manage it as well as develop educational materials to coach providers on how to code.

Their new products on the market as well as additional pipeline products require excellent provider support.  They are sophisticated and understand clinical results will drive payer adoption and they’ve invested heavily developing robust trials and results.

My client is global and privately held.  They have been able to come out of the Covid lockdown without having gone through any layoffs.  They have been voted as a Top Employer and offers excellent benefits.

This role is required to work out of their South Florida offices and, if needed, will assist in relocation.
