A young start up with an approved medical device is looking towards the future and is adding an Associate Director level position on their team to assist in developing payer strategies.

This position reports directly to their VP of Market Access and will have a tremendous impact on the future growth of the company.

The company has approval and great clinical data.  The product is disruptive to the competing products on the market and will gain market share in a short amount of time.

We need you to:

• Work with all groups in company to develop a reimbursement strategy
• Work with Private Payers to gain favorable reimbursement policies
• Assist the support team for the providers and create educational materials on coding and billing guides
• Work with Healthcare Economists (consultants) to create an economic message for payers

Qualified candidates:

• DME Reimbursement experience or medical device experience with private and government payers
• Proven track record of success in attaining reimbursement policies with payers
• Minimum of 5 years of reimbursement experience with medical device or DME companies
